I looked into how to study Prisma Cloud. I tried working through the official learning materials related to Prisma Cloud on Beacon, and it seems like working through those will give you a solid understanding. However, while the text can be set to English, there are occasional English-language videos without subtitles, so it may be tough without English listening skills.

Also, it seems there is a one-month trial available, so after studying everything once, it would probably be good to actually try using it.
